exceeding standards
“Alright, sir, as I shared with you, we had a PLC PD yesterday as a grade level to go over our most recent district assessments. 23/25 of my students are exceeding standards in both ELA and Math. The two other students Met standards. Needless to say, I finally had my team's attention and they were finally ready to hear what I am doing in my classroom. After hijacking the PD to go over reengagement strategies, I presented to my team, coach, and reading intervention specialist a few of the incredible Eduprotocols. They were SO pumped and all five tried something today within their classrooms and with students.”— Classroom Teacher
they cheered
I’m just getting my feet wet with Eduprotocols, but after today I felt compelled to post…today I did “nacho slide” with my 3rd graders. It was the second time we did a nacho slide lesson. They cheered when I announced what we were about to do. Cheered! We also did a “thick slide” on dental health and then they used it to write an informational article. The whole thing took us about 3 weeks and they were the best writing samples I have gotten this year. Thank you for over sharing, it is inspiring. —20+ Year Veteran Teacher
